Lifetime Limited Warranty
Cozy Log Homes, LLC
WHAT IS COVERED:
All log and siding materials supplied by Cozy Log Homes, LLC, when used in conjunction with a residential structure, are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in manufacturing for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
WHAT COZY LOG HOMES WILL DO:
Under this warranty, Cozy Log Homes will repair or replace the defective item at its discretion. Repair or replacement will be the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under the provisions of this warranty. This warranty does not cover the natural characteristics of some wood to check, warp, or twist. Cozy Log Homes shall not be liable for labor, installation, or shipping costs related to the repair or replacement, or damages resulting from improper handling or installation. To the extent permitted by law, Cozy Log Homes shall have no liability for any consequential or incidental damage caused by defective materials and shall have no further liability except as expressly stated herein.
HOW YOU CAN GET SERVICE:
All requests for repair or replacement of materials covered under this warranty must be made in writing, detailing the exact nature and reason for the warranty claim. These claims must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice showing the date of purchase and at least three color photographs of the material that is defective. All warranty claims should be sent directly to Cozy Log Homes, LLC.
OTHER CONDITIONS OR LIMITATIONS:
The log materials must be treated with a recommended log home preservative within one hundred eighty (180) days, or six months, of delivery and in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, otherwise this warranty is void. Under this provision, the original purchaser must present evidence of proper treatment to Cozy Log Homes each time treatment was performed, or the warranty is void. This Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or other warranties not contained herein. All other materials manufactured by a third party are covered by that third-party manufacturer according to the terms of that manufacturer’s warranty.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER STATE LAW:
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

2. Qualify the Project
Before moving forward, we walk through the basics to make sure the project is set up for success. Do you already own land, or are you still looking. When do you expect to build. Will the lot need clearing, a well, or septic. Do you have a builder, and do they need support from us. We also talk square footage, target budget, and timeline so expectations are clear early.
3. Finalize Plans
When you’re ready to proceed, a deposit gets the process moving. Final building blueprints are drawn, and you can still make changes at this stage at no charge. Plans are prepared to meet city, county, and state code requirements based on your build location.
4. Prepare & Schedule
Preparation is key. We help you understand what needs to happen on your property before materials arrive, including access, site prep, and timing. Builders are often booked months out, so planning 3–6 months in advance helps avoid delays. Once everything is ready, your log home or cabin package is prepared and delivered to your site, typically within about 45 days.
